When in Maryland, eat crab cake. Everyone has their own secret recipe and so do we. We take 5oz of the best Jumbo Lump crab meat and spice it up with our special blend of spices. We don't add a ton of extra fillers or binders to make it "look" like a crab cake, ours is all crab. Whether you broil or bake, serve on a bed of greens or in a sandwich, with cocktail or tarter sauce, you will just love our crab cake. Four 5oz. cakes per box. Baking instructions included
