This layer cake takes us right down to New Orleans where pralines are everywhere. We have filled the layers with our famous Caramel Icing, adding pecans to alternating layers of the caramel filling. Our chopped roasted pecans are then added to the sides of this wonderful cake making it the newest of our Caramel Perfections!

This cake is made in a separate baking facility, keeping our bakery a nut free establishment.
