Caroline's Cakes takes tremendous pride and consideration when shipping our products to you. Every order is handled with extreme care so that it arrives in perfect condition. Each cake is hand-wrapped in purple cellophane and then carefully placed in one of our signature tins to protect during shipment. We ship all of our cakes frozen to ensure that they flawlessly arrive on your doorstep.
 
- Because they are perishable, all of our products are shipped nationwide in two days via UPS or FEDEX . Check out the map below to see specific 2-Day and 1-day UPS and FEDEX zones.
- Orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday and arrive in two days. Only if the recipient is located in the Yellow Zone or if the customer wishes to overnight a package, may the order be shipped in one day.
- Overnight and Saturday delivery is available for an additional shipping charge.
- All orders placed before 3pm EST will be shipped the same day with the exception of the holiday season. Orders placed after 3pm will be shipped the following day.
- During the summer months all of our cakes are shipped with dry ice because they are extremely perishable. Our Coconut Cakes are always shipped with dry ice because of the delicacy of the fresh coconut used in the icing. You may also request dry iced be placed in your package at any time of the year for an additional charge.
